How I Got Here:
I became a Registered Real Estate Salesperson in 2004. Prior to that I worked at CIBC as an analyst for 8 years where I worked fresh out of graduation from the University of Toronto.

My Philosophy:
I believe in needs based selling. My goal is not to decide for my clients how much to spend, where to buy or what to do. It is to provide them with the information they need to make an informed decision. I am not a pushy salesman. Instead, I am a real estate consultant who is looking out for your interests.

My Clients:
While I work with all types of clients such as families, investors, baby boomers, upsizers, downsizers, builders, etc., I find that at least half of my clients are first time home buyers looking for a condo in downtown Toronto. My past experience at CIBC has given me the tools necessary to help these buyers through the entire process. I am well versed in all programs geared towards first time home buyers such as RSP withdrawals and land transfer tax incentives. Further, I work at your pace. There is a lot for the first time buyer to learn and the last thing you need is a pushy salesperson trying to "close the deal" so they can move on to their next customer.

Additional Credentials:
I am currently a member of the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (http://www.nagab.org/). As a Green Agent I have taken courses on reducing your home's environmental footprint. Ask me about it!
