How I Got Here:
I became a Registered Real Estate Salesperson in 2004. Prior to that I worked at CIBC as an analyst for 8 years where I worked fresh out of graduation from the University of Toronto, and at Dundee Securities for another 3 years.

My Philosophy:
I believe in needs based selling. My goal is not to decide for my clients how much to spend, where to buy or what to do. It is to provide them with the information they need to make an informed decision. I am not a salesman. Instead, I am a real estate consultant who is looking out for your interests. I provide much analysis in helping you decide the right approach. If you like spreadsheets, I have lots for every situation! In a matter of seconds I can determine your monthly costs on a property, expenses related to a move, even help you evaluate if it make sense to keep an existing home as an investment rather than sell it for the next property.
